Phenomenal slap burger (no, seriously, it's outstanding), decent coffee, great sweet potato fries, excellent staff. Would absolutely return. Cozy is a great way to put it.

I love the ambience in this cafe! The food is always tasty and love the wide variety of foods from which to choose. The staff there are always pleasant and accommodating!

I not only recommend Cozy Café, I shout from the rooftops to go here now! Whenever I have company or family coming into town, old Ellicott and Cozy Café specifically are my first thoughts. One time my partner was standing outside with one of our doggos and I was inside ordering us coffee/breakfast. The owner came up to me and told me that we can bring our dog in. I couldn't figure out how he even knew that they were my people or how he saw them because they weren't standing near windows or doors. But that just shows how much they pay attention to their customers. When I found out that they had coffee flights after I already had been going there for months, I about about lost it. You can choose iced or hot and they come with a variety of flavors. They even top it off with different pastries! Those pastries go with the flavors. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Cozy Café. This is a staple in my house and it should be a staple in yours!

I came here for a very Instagrammable coffee flight and was not disappointed. We ordered a simple corned beef sandwich and I got the iced coffees flight. So the flight was for different ice lattes paired with a pastry, which was a croissant a Blondie brownie, a macaroon and lastly.strawberry cake for $25. It took a while for the flight to be prepared because I think they're a little bit shortstaffed on a Monday morning, but they had a lot of comfortable places to sit and wait. The corn beef sandwich came out good and I mentioned it was simple because it's literally just corn beef with some white bread and some cheese, but it was actually pretty tasty for breakfast. The coffee flight came out and it's on a large paddle and it looked really delicious. I have to say the regular flavored lattes and the croissant weren't my favorite choices, but as I started moving down the paddleboard towards flavored lattes and the Blondi bar, it was pretty good. My favorite latte was the butter beer and my favorite pastry actually turned out to be the Blondie brownie bar. The inside has enough seating for about 50 people and it's really cutely decorated. I highly recommend stopping in if you're in the mood for a coffee after a day of shopping in Ellicott city.

Stop for coffee across the street from the old railroad station by the river. The best coffee cake and carrot cake my wife and I have had in a long time. Very moist and delicious . Coffee is strong so it keeps you going for your shopping spree. Service is nice- order when you come in and they will deliver it to your table.

The Cozy Cafe certainly is cozy. And by cozy, I mean tight quartered. The dining room is tight. The area at the front counter is tight. Having said that, they have some amazing dessert & sweets. The food is reasonably large in portions size and very tasty. We tried the Cozy Burger. We enjoyed the burger. The fries were excellent, perfectly seasoned. I think we enjoyed the fries more than the burger. We were a little disappointed with the burger prep. At ordering, we were asked how we wanted it cooked, and it was overcooked. We enjoyed our visit and would return. Be prepared for partial table service. Order at the counter, seat yourself, and they bring you your order. That is the extent of table service.

Came here Saturday morning. It was pretty busy and had a nice ambiance. This place seemed like it was a family local owned restaurant and I would definitely come back to support them again. Service as good. Some of the other reviews say that the owner was rude. I didn't think so. He just seemed eager to meet new people and promote his business. Coffee flight: every single coffee was good! The lavender was my favorite. Be sure to mix this one before you drink it. It was more lavender-y towards the bottom. The caramel was sweet and the vanilla was perfect without too much sweetness. Crispy chicken picante: this sandwich was big! The chicken was flavorful, salty, and crispy. The fries were really good too and seasoned well. Be sure to try this place out! I'd definitely come back to try other menu items.
